This edition features our highly anticipated Before & After issue, where transformation takes center stage! Within these pages, we celebrate stunning renovations that make each home fit the unique needs of its homeowners. Reimagining a storied Houston home to make it more functional for the new owners was a dream job for Nadia Palacios. In Chevy Chase, a dramatic kitchen overhaul was the starting point for a top-to-bottom renovation led by designer Katy Anderson. Kristen Nix worked her magic to “de-Tuscanize” an Austin home and fill it with elevated touches for each family member. Chris Socci and Harrison Design teamed up to create an English-inspired dream home in Atlanta that is filled with curated art and antiques. A family-friendly stylish retreat was the directive for Caitlin Kah in her Palm Beach project, which features a sophisticated palette of coastal hues.
